Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy: You must cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the class start time to avoid being charged or losing your session credit.
Arrival Time: Participants must arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the start of the class to check in and set up their bike.
Pre-Class Health Disclosure: You must disclose any medical conditions or injuries to the instructor before the class starts, including but not limited to joint pain, heart conditions, or recent surgery.
Proper Equipment: Wear appropriate athletic gear, including comfortable clothing and proper cycling shoes (clip-ins or sneakers). Cycle & Flow is not responsible for any personal items lost or damaged.
Instructor's Guidance: You must follow all instructions from the instructor regarding safety and class performance. Failure to do so may result in removal from the class.
Bike Setup: If you need assistance setting up your bike, please ask the instructor or staff for help before the class starts.
Refund Policy: Refunds will only be granted if the class is canceled by the studio or in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies with proper documentation).
Transfer Policy: Class bookings or credits are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed upon by the studio management.
Personal Information: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal data without your consent. We use your information to manage your bookings, send updates, and provide better services.
